Shipping and Payments

The Shopping Cart program will record your order and when you have finished and selected CheckOut, You will be presented with forms for shipping and payment information.

On-Line Payments

We accept Personal Checks tendered through our on-line check processing program. You will be asked to identify the check number and amout of the check followed by all information about the checking account, including your drivers license number. This allows one check to be negotiated through your account. It does not allow for recurring charges to the account as in the case of a credit card, and you pay no interest on the purchase. For each purchase you make with us, you will need to authorize a check number and check amount.

You will be authorizing ChecksByNet to duplicate the information you provide into a bank draft form. You will receive by email, a check authorization notice, notifying you that a bank draft has been issued on your behalf for said purchase. You will need to retain your original check for your record of the transaction. The authorization you offer is only valid for that transaction. No other bank drafts will be created without your direct written or verbal authorization.

How to fill out the On-Line ChecksbyNet form.

Enter in your name, address, city, state (2 letters only), and your zip code, country, email address and Phone number. You may include a second phone number and Fax number if you wish.
Select from Payment Options, "Personal Check On-Line".
Select your desired shipping method.
Enter the next check number that appears in your checkbook. The paper check will have to
be voided so that there are no duplicates in your account. You should keep this voided check as a
record of your transaction.
Enter the amount of your payment. Make sure to use a decimal point to identify dollars and cents. Note: For your convenience, your order total is displayed above the check number and payment amount fields.
Enter your bank name, city, state and zip code.
Enter your checking account number. This is the number at the bottom of your check and looks like this:
Enter your driver's license number and the state of issuance. Remember to use only two letters for the state.
Check your form to be certain you have entered correct information in all fields with an asterisk (*). Missing data in these fields will prevent us from processing your order.

That's it. You will now receive a confirmation page indicating the status of your check. Your check will be printed by the merchant. Your bank will return the processed check back with your next statement.
