Ideal Candles store is a Secure Server. All billing/payment information is encrypted when it passes between you and Ideal Candles.

Ideal Candles does not sell or give away customer information. We act on the principle that your personal information is your private domain, and we will use it only at your discretion in relationship to purchases you make from Ideal Candles or to respond to inquiries you make of us.

 

Payment Information

We accept Personal Checks tendered through our on-line check processing program. You will be asked to identify the check number and amout of the check followed by all information about the checking account, including your drivers license number. This allows one check to be negotiated through your account. It does not allow for recurring charges to the account as in the case of a credit card, and you pay no interest on the purchase. For each purchase you make with us, you will need to authorize a check number and check amount. (Credit Cards will be accepted soon, as well.)

You will be authorizing ChecksByNet to duplicate the information you provide into a bank draft form. You will receive by email, a check authorization notice, notifying you that a bank draft has been issued on your behalf for said purchase. You will need to retain your original check for your record of the transaction. The authorization you offer is only valid for that transaction. No other bank drafts will be created without your direct written or verbal authorization.

If you choose to mail in a money order, we will ship your merchandise as soon we receive it, based on stock availability.

Shipping Method and Rates

We ship via UPS. Rates are calculated based on actual product weight.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

Returns

Please observe that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Ideal Candles

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition with its original packaging for a full refund. Fill out the return form included in your shipment and return it with the item to

The invoice is included in the package as a packing list.

If a product is damaged in shipping (the packaging is damaged when you receive it), make a claim immediately with UPS.

To return a damaged or defective product, you must include a detailed description of the problem along with the original invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, email us your name, street address and email address. We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with the item, which will expedite processing your return.

To avoid refund delays, DO NOT send a product back without including your invoice number or RA number, street address and email address.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel any item that has not yet been shipped. Email us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to prevent it from leaving.
