Order Changes

Changes can be made to your order any time up to the point it has entered the shipping process. Our on-line order tracking system is updated daily after 4:00 pm, once UPS pick up has occurred.

Tracking

To determine whether your order has entered the shipping process, or been shipped, check the order track page from the Information section. There are three order status types.

Open - the order has been entered into our inventory system

Shipping - the order has entered the shipping process

Invoiced - the order has been shipped (left our building and on it's way to you) and invoiced
